🚗 The Day Joan Became a Stunt Woman (By Accident)
Joan was having a perfectly normal day.
Until she wasn’t.
Joan was on her way to have her Hyundai serviced. Nothing out of the ordinary.
Then, at a set of traffic lights, something went horribly wrong.
Instead of pressing the brake…
🚨 Joan floored the accelerator. 🚨
Joan and the car lurched forward like a rocket.
Straight toward a lamppost.
At the last second, Joan yanked the wheel missed the lamppost… and smashed into a curb.
The car bounced.
Then slammed into a bollard.
By the time it came to a stop, the steering was shot and the bodywork was a total mess.
But Joan didn’t panic.
She didn’t cry.
She didn’t even curse.
Joan calmly called Hyundai to let them know she wouldn’t be making her service appointment today something had come up!
Then she asked for the number of a Bodyshop.
That’s when Joan found herself talking to us.

A few minutes later whilst speaking with Joan it hit us…
Joan was stranded!!
❌ Facing the wrong way.
❌ Car totaled.
❌ Too damaged to drive.
So we jumped in a truck and shot out to get her.
When we arrived, Joan was holding it together.
Then Joan said it.
“My chest hurts.”
Now, we love fixing cars, but we’re not doctors.
🚨 Chris took her straight to Stafford Hospital. 🚨
The car?
Well… the Hyundai is a great little car.
But it ain’t a tank.
It was done.
Joan, on the other hand, was totally fine.
The doctors checked her out, gave her the all-clear, and we took her home.
But here’s the thing.
Joan could have called anyone.
She could have been stuck dealing with some faceless company that didn’t give a damn.
She could have been left stranded on the side of the road, waiting hours for help, while some call centre put her on hold for the 17th time.
Instead, she called decent people.
People who dropped everything to go get her.
People who made sure she was safe, got her to the hospital, and got her home.
Because, Who you choose to do business with matters a lot..
When things go sideways, you don’t just need a “service provider.”
You need people who actually care.
